This glucose syrup is produced in the UK and is optimized for use in confectionary and baking. Glucose is a clear syrup with moderate sweetness and good humectant properties. The glucose is suitable for confectionary manufacturing, baking and cake decorating.

The glucose is packaged in a heat-sealed zip lock pouch for safe delivery.

To get all the glucose out of the packaging first place the pack in a pan of warm (not boiling) water. This will increase its fluidity and allow it to flow freely out of the packaging.
