Description

The Chocolate World M1300E Depositing Head is an automatic mould-filling module designed to work with Chocolate World tempering machines. It distributes liquid chocolate directly into mould cavities without manual scraping, saving production time and ensuring consistent, hygienic filling on every batch. The standard version includes two dosing plates and a complete mould guidance system. Made in Belgium.

Key Benefits

  • Eliminates manual scraping — chocolate is deposited directly into mould cavities
  • Significantly faster mould filling versus manual methods
  • Ensures hygienic processing with no hand contact required
  • Includes two dosing plates (3×7 and 3×8 cavity layouts) as standard
  • Mould guidance system ensures accurate mould positioning under the head
  • Heated scraper removes excess chocolate cleanly after filling
  • Additional dosing plate layouts available on request
  • Compatible with CW40, CW60, and CW80 tempering machines (M1300, M1400, M1450, M1500)
  • Made in Belgium by Chocolate World

How It Works

The M1300E mounts onto the vibrating table of a compatible Chocolate World tempering machine. Moulds are placed on the mould guidance system and positioned under the depositing head. Liquid tempered chocolate flows from the machine into the dosing unit, which deposits precise amounts of chocolate into each cavity via the dosing plate. A heated scraper then removes any excess chocolate from the top of the mould. The mould then passes onto the vibrating table where any remaining air bubbles are removed before the chocolate sets.
