What is hot stamping?
Hot stamping presses a heated die carrying your design onto the stick as it's produced — in effect branding the mark into the wood with heat. Because it's applied during manufacture, the cost per stick falls away at volume. The trade-off is the minimum — hot stamping is only viable from 100,000 sticks upward. For smaller runs, or where you want full control over the finish, our laser-engraved sticks have no minimum and instant pricing.
