Unwanted or incorrectly ordered items can be returned within 30 days providing they are still in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Returns will be refunded in full minus any original delivery charges. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend returned items are sent with a tracked or insured buyer. In the unlikely event the returned goods are lost or damaged this will aid you in making a claim with your chosen carrier.

Damaged items or items which don’t match the description will be replaced or refunded in full. We will re-imburse any delivery charges necessary in getting the goods back to us and where practical, we will arrange a collection through our own courier.

How to Return Items
You will need to contact us before hand and you will be given a returns authorisation number which must be included in the returned goods.

Items sent back without a returns authorisation number may be subject to delays in processing.
Once the items arrive back to us we will refund or replace as agreed. Returns are normally processed within 2 working days of being delivered back to us.

Please note the above does not affect your rights under the distance selling regulations.

*Please note we do not under any circumstances accept returns on food products which have been opened from their original packaging due to health and safety regulations.

IMPORTANT: ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELLED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN DISPATCHED as they are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery – on their way to your address.
