How It Works

After candy is cooked and initially cooled on a cold table, it is transferred to the hot table for working — adding colours, flavours, and forming into the desired shape. Electric heating elements inside the table provide consistent, controllable heat across the entire surface, keeping the candy batch malleable and workable for longer. This is particularly important for complex products such as lettered rock, layered candy, or any confection that requires time and precision to form. Temperature is controlled via a rotary dial positioned above the tabletop, with three heat settings available.
