Product Details / How It Works
The mini cold table uniformly cools cooked candy batches by circulating water through an internal serpentine cooling system. Flavours and colours are typically added to the batch on the table before being cooled and processed further. The adjustable central bar allows for dividing the surface to handle smaller batches or multiple recipes simultaneously.
The machine can be connected directly to the mains, or operate as a closed loop system with a self contained water chiller.
