Laser engraving – any quantity, done in-house
Our laser engraving is carried out in our UK facility, so there's no minimum order — we can engrave a single stick or tens of thousands. The laser burns your design straight into the wood for a clean, precise finish with no ink or coatings, which keeps the stick fully food-safe. It suits smaller runs, samples, limited editions, events and seasonal branding, as well as ongoing branded production.

Pricing
Choose your size and pack quantity above to see the price — the engraving and the stick are both included, and the per-stick price drops as quantity rises. As a guide, our 114 x 10 mm sticks (trade, ex VAT) work out at:
- 500 sticks — 26p each
- 1,000 sticks — 24.5p each
- 2,500 sticks — 20p each
- 5,000 sticks — 17p each
- 10,000 sticks — 15p each

Vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) gives the cleanest result, but we can work from a high-resolution PNG or JPG too. If you only have a basic logo or some text, send what you have and we'll advise.

Yes — all sticks are grade A birch, food-safe and suitable for direct food contact. Engraving uses no ink or chemicals, so the finished stick stays fully food-grade.
What sizes can you engrave?
93 x 10 mm, 114 x 10 mm, 200 x 24 mm and a 93 mm bow-tie stick. Custom sizes are available on request — send us your dimensions.
What artwork do you need?
