Full Details

The mini batch roller is ideal for laboratory or demonstration work. The unit is bench mounted and it consists of 4 rollers that have grip studs fitted in order to stop the batch slipping on the rollers. The batch roller has a forward & reverse action so any stripes incorporated into the batch will not get twisted or distorted. These rollers are fixed at the front and the back. The batch size is approx 10kg. Heating is supplied with temperature control that will keep the batch pliable whilst processing. The machine as standard is 220v single phase - we can make it to any voltage on request.

Dimensions are: 1250mm long x 400mm wide x 350mm high. 0.18 Cubic Meters.
