Description

The Chocolate World M1250 CW Delight is an automatic chocolate tempering machine with a 24kg tank capacity, producing up to 90kg of perfectly tempered chocolate per hour. A simplified version of the industrial CW24, it offers the same professional-grade tempering quality with more straightforward operation — making it the ideal step up for growing chocolate businesses moving from artisan to higher-volume production. Made in Belgium.

Key Benefits

  • 24kg tank capacity with 90kg per hour output
  • Fully automatic tempering via microprocessor with digital temperature display
  • Simplified operation compared to the CW24 — easier to run and maintain
  • Heated vibrating table integrated for immediate mould filling
  • Standard dosing function with foot pedal for precise, hands-free dispensing
  • Exceptionally energy efficient — only 1kW power consumption
  • Bean-to-bar and two-component chocolate compatible
  • Variable speed auger function available on demand
  • 1 year warranty. Made in Belgium by Chocolate World

How It Works

Chocolate is loaded into the 24kg tank and brought to working temperature. The microprocessor-controlled tempering cycle heats, cools, and re-heats the chocolate through the correct temperature curve for perfect crystallisation. The auger continuously agitates the chocolate to maintain temper. Tempered chocolate flows from the machine via the standard dosing function, controlled by foot pedal for precise dispensing directly into moulds on the integrated heated vibrating table. The vibrating table removes air bubbles automatically as moulds are filled.
