These sticks are made from FSC-certified natural birch wood — food-safe, biodegradable and strong enough to hold a fully dipped cakesicle, ice lolly or chocolate pop. The "Boy or Girl?" engraving is laser-etched into the wood with no inks or dyes, making these sticks safe for direct food contact.

Are these sticks food-safe?
Yes. All sticks are FSC-certified natural birch wood, tested to food-contact standards. The engraving is laser-etched — no inks or dyes are used at any stage.
Which size should I choose?
For most standard ice lolly and cakesicle moulds, 93×10mm is the right choice. Use 114×10mm if you need a little extra length. The 200×24mm is a wide paddle stick suited to large popsicle moulds. The Bow Tie (93×17/11mm) fits bow-tie-shaped lolly and cakesicle moulds.
Is the engraving safe for dipping into chocolate?
Yes. The laser engraving is food-safe and won't affect the stick's performance. These sticks are regularly used for cakesicles — chocolate-dipped cake pops on a flat stick — and traditional ice lollies.
Can I order a sample first?
Yes — select a pack of 1 to try a stick before ordering a larger quantity. This is a good way to check the engraving size and style in your mould before committing to a larger run.
Do you supply VAT invoices?
