The Chocolate World M1300 CW24 is a fully automatic industrial-grade chocolate tempering machine with a 24kg tank capacity, producing 90kg+ of perfectly tempered chocolate per hour. Built for continuous production, it shares the same tank capacity as the M1250 Delight but with heavier construction, industrial-grade components, and advanced controls — designed for operations that require reliability and precision at sustained output. Made in Belgium.
Key Benefits
- 24kg tank capacity with 90kg+ per hour continuous output
- Industrial-grade construction for sustained, high-volume production
- Fully automatic tempering with advanced microprocessor control
- Heated vibrating table integrated for immediate mould filling
- Compatible with M1300E Depositing Head for fully automated mould filling
- Non-stop auger option (M1300NSA) for uninterrupted production runs

- Bean-to-bar and two-component chocolate compatible
- Made in Belgium by Chocolate World
How It Works
Chocolate is loaded into the 24kg stainless steel tank and tempered automatically through a microprocessor-controlled heating and cooling cycle. The auger maintains continuous agitation to preserve temper throughout the production run. Tempered chocolate is dispensed via foot pedal dosing directly onto the integrated heated vibrating table for mould filling. For fully automated production, the M1300E Depositing Head can be added to fill mould cavities without manual intervention. The M1300 is also compatible with the M1300 enrobing line for coating applications.

FAQs
What is the difference between the M1300 and M1250?
Both have a 24kg tank but the M1300 is the full industrial CW24 with heavier construction, higher power (5.5kW vs 1kW), and advanced controls for continuous production. The M1250 Delight is a simplified, more energy-efficient model suited to growing businesses not yet requiring full industrial specification.
Can the M1300 run continuously without stopping?
Yes, with the M1300NSA Non-Stop Auger accessory, the machine can run in continuous production mode without needing to stop to reload chocolate.
Is a depositing head available?
Yes. The M1300E Depositing Head attaches to the vibrating table and automatically fills mould cavities — saving time and ensuring consistent, hygienic filling.
Can the M1300 be used for enrobing?
Yes. The M1300 is compatible with the Chocolate World M1300 enrobing line and cooling tunnels for coating applications.
Do you provide installation and training?
Yes. Loynds invites all customers to see their equipment running before dispatch. UK installation, training, and ongoing technical support are available.
