Unwanted or Incorrectly Ordered Items

Return within 30 days in original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.

Refunds are for the item(s) only and exclude original delivery charges.

Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service for your protection.
Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, we’ll replace or refund in full.

We’ll reimburse any return delivery costs and, where practical, arrange collection with our courier.
Items That Cannot Be Returned

Opened products that are food or for use with food.

Custom-made or personalised products once production has started.

Package your items securely, including the authorisation number inside.

Returns are usually processed within 5 working days of receipt.
You’ll be notified by email when your refund or replacement has been processed.
Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.

If your order has already left us, you can still return it under our 30-day returns policy (exclusions apply).

Custom-made products cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Not withstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
