Description

The Chocolate World M1400 CW60 is a fully automatic industrial chocolate tempering machine with a 60kg tank capacity, producing 200kg+ of perfectly tempered chocolate per hour. Designed for continuous high-volume production, it is built for medium to large chocolate factories requiring sustained output, 24/7 reliability, and full automation capability. Made in Belgium.

Key Benefits

  • 60kg tank capacity with 200kg+ per hour continuous output
  • Built for 24/7 continuous production operation
  • Industrial-grade all stainless steel construction
  • Touchscreen HMI controls for precise, intuitive operation
  • Compatible with M1300E Depositing Head for fully automated mould filling
  • Compatible with M1800 automatic moulding line
  • PLC compatibility for factory automation integration
  • Bean-to-bar and two-component chocolate compatible

How It Works

The M1400 continuously tempers chocolate through an automated heating, cooling, and re-heating cycle controlled by PLC and touchscreen HMI. The large 60kg tank ensures extended production runs between reloads. Tempered chocolate is dispensed via integrated dosing onto the heated vibrating table or directly into a depositing head for fully automated mould filling. The machine is designed to integrate seamlessly with downstream equipment including the M1800 moulding line, enrobing systems, and cooling tunnels.
