Description

The Chocolate World M1450 CW80 is the highest-capacity automatic chocolate tempering machine in the Chocolate World range, with an 80kg tank producing 300kg+ of perfectly tempered chocolate per hour. Built for large-scale chocolate factories requiring the ultimate in capacity, power, and continuous production reliability. Made in Belgium.

Key Benefits

  • 80kg tank capacity — largest in the Chocolate World range
  • 300kg+ per hour output for maximum production throughput
  • Built for large-scale manufacturing with highest sustained output
  • Industrial-grade all stainless steel construction
  • Touchscreen HMI with PLC compatibility for factory automation
  • Compatible with M1300E Depositing Head for automated mould filling
  • Compatible with M1800 automatic moulding line
  • Designed for 24/7 multi-shift continuous operation
  • Made in Belgium by Chocolate World

How It Works

The M1450 operates on the same principle as the M1400 but with a larger 80kg tank and higher 9kW power output, delivering the highest throughput in the Chocolate World range. The PLC-controlled tempering cycle maintains precise temperature management throughout the chocolate. The machine integrates directly with the M1800 moulding line and other downstream equipment for fully automated production. Its 300kg+ per hour output makes it suited to factories running continuous multi-shift operations.
